Situated in the vibrant city of Bắc Giang, Vietnam, the 'Tropical House 2' project, led by the distinguished team of Dang Minh Trong, Tan Nguyen, Duc Nguyen, and Minh Nguyen from ARO studio, is a testament to innovative and environmentally conscious design. With a substantial area of 1000 square feet, this residential masterpiece is projected to reach completion in 2025. In a forward-thinking initiative to enrich urban public spaces, Various Associates has unveiled the AVENUE & SON SKATEPARK NORTH COAST in Qinhuangdao, China. This 612-square-meter facility, opened in 2025, is strategically positioned within Riverain, a dynamic precinct of the Aranya development. Located alongside the cutting-edge UNDEFEATED SPORTS CENTER, the skatepark is designed to be a focal point where athletic pursuits and commercial vibrancy converge. Lead architects Lin Qianyi and Yang Dongzi, supported by a dedicated design team including Hou Jinwang, Huang Yongliang, Zhang Junbiao, Li Min, and Fang Ying, meticulously envisioned this space to cultivate a lively and interconnected community.
