This distinguished dwelling is defined by its two stark, angular masses of black concrete, presenting a compelling dialogue between robust geometry and the sprawling natural environment. The structure's design philosophy centers on integrating with its surroundings, forging an uninterrupted relationship with the terrain while embracing expansive views of the outdoors. The name 'Mavra,' meaning 'black' in Greek, perfectly encapsulates the building's striking material palette and its profound visual impact.

The architectural journey begins with a continuously ascending wall that ushers visitors from the street into the residence.
