In the bustling heart of Dubai's Alserkal Avenue, the Gooder Store, a visionary project completed in 2026, has emerged as a groundbreaking cultural destination. Under the guidance of lead architect Talar Bardakjian from studio pheasant, this 1500 square meter facility transcends the conventional skatepark, reimagining it as a multifaceted nexus where skateboarding coexists harmoniously with retail, food services, and collaborative workspaces. The client's aspiration was to create an inclusive environment that would attract both avid skaters and the wider public, fostering a sense of community and contributing significantly to Dubai's burgeoning creative scene. The design expertly navigates the challenge of converting a specialized sports venue into a flexible social space, reflecting a thoughtful integration of diverse functions. Notably, the project incorporates materials from renowned manufacturers like Ferm Living, 41 zero 42, Audo, HAY, and Herman Miller, contributing to its modern and inviting aesthetic. The ASA Sandra and Albano Studio emerged from the vision of an artist duo who sought to create a versatile space. Architectural Integration: Seamlessly Blending with São Paulo's Urban Fabric

The studio's design by 23 SUL reflects a thoughtful integration into the urban landscape of São Paulo.
