Breakfast hours are from 8-9 a.m., while lunch is served between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Meals must be consumed on-site, and children must be present. Meanwhile, the Van Buren School District offers similar services at four locations from June 2 to June 27, with varying schedules depending on the site.

Summer EBT cards furnish financial support to low-income households during the school break. Eligible families receive a preloaded card worth $120 per child to purchase essential groceries such as fruits, vegetables, meats, whole grains, and dairy products. This service is available at various retailers that accept Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. Qualification criteria include participation in free or reduced-price lunch programs, enrollment in SNAP or related initiatives, involvement in Head Start programs, or being part of foster care, homeless, runaway, or migrant family situations. Household income levels also play a significant role in determining eligibility.

River Valley Food 4 Kids supplements these efforts by providing meal kits weekly for up to five school-aged children in EBT-eligible homes over ten weeks, spanning from June 10 to August 13. Each kit contains protein, pasta, whole grains, fresh produce, and snacks. During the initial pick-up, families need to present identification documents for each registered child alongside a parent or guardian's photo ID. Pick-up locations vary across towns like Atkins, Clarksville, Coal Hill, Dardanelle, Danville, Dover, Hector, Lamar, and Russellville. Registration is accessible online.
